when it come to the best rapper of all time on the east side there is no dout it would be the late and great notorious big if you listen very closely to jay-z rap’s he actusally steals some of biggie lines and so do many other rappers today jay-z is not even on the same level as biggie and the sad thing is he is not even on the level below him
