Y’ALL all ready know…..Nas is my dude but he took a swan dive lyrically (AND IT HURTS THE SHIT OUT OF ME) AZ,SOSA,THE VISULIZA..GOD DAMN..kid is consistent with his since day one. I would love to see them 2 dudes do a whole album over Premo,Pete Rock,Dre,Just Blaze,Havoc AND of course Alchemist.They’re cut from the same cloth.That Salaam Remi track “Very Serious”(which should of been on God Son album but, took it off) with them 2 going back to back man…..It would give these cats a definite Milestone to it’s predecessor Illmatic!!!

Yeah, I’d definitely cop that Nas / AZ album. And if they got Premo to handle the production, Hip-Hop would definitely rise from the grave!!!

Beyond any shadow of a doubt, AZ is one of the best lyricists in hip hop history….truly one of the “top five dead or alive”.

Sosa has dropped some of the best freestyle tracks I have ever heard.

You can count on one hand the other lyricists in the game right now that can even attempt to compete with Sosa….and most would fail trying.

I believe that the greatest obstacles to Sosa’s success over the years have been poor marketing and weak musical production. He has got to get quality production on his tracks.

His lyrics have never been weak, and when he is really focused his flow is truly one of the best in history.
I have heard a few tracks off the upcoming album, The Format….and they are all strong tracks with production that is better than what was on his previos albums.

I also think he can promote himself better by doing tracks with some of the other top artists in the game. Doing tracks with other artists that can really spit keeps your style hot, because if you don’t mix it up with other artists occasionally, people often just get bored with the same style.

Sosa can hold his own in the game for years to come….he just has to keep everything focused and keep a strong support team behind him.
