Q: I can't access my issues on my iPad and iPhone?

A: If you are attempting to access your issues on a different iOS device than you originally purchased it on, you must Restore your Purchases. Make sure you are using the same Apple ID/Password that you used for the original purchase.

Q: I just bought a subscription, but I still have to purchase issues to download them.

A: Buying a subscription will give you access to the current issue and future issues as they are released. Older issues still need to be purchased individually in order to read them.

Q: My issue won't download

A: Make sure your device is connected to the internet via Wi-Fi. Issues will not download/complete download if no connection is available or if your connection is interrupted.

A: Make sure you have enough memory to download the issues, they are not that large, but we know our readers love music, media and photos - and all of that takes up space. You can manage memory on your device by going to Settings/Usage/Storage to free up space.

Q: Want to purchase a print copy of a back-issue you don’t see in iTunes?

Q: Can I transfer my print subscription to a digital subscription?

A: No, your print subscription is not transferable to digital at this time. If you already have a print subscription and want to cancel it and subscribe digitally instead, you can contact the XXL Subscription department at 800-999-9503 to receive a refund for any remaining issues on your print subscription.
