This week's Web Candy comes courtesy of Troy Martell, an up-and-coming artist from the Midwest, who first noticed Cynthalia Bella on G-Unit comedian Jack Thriller's website. Besides being featured there, Cynthalia has also been featured in Stunnaz Magazine, Don Diva Magazine, Wiz's Daily Dose, AA Dimes, Dynasty Series, and GGurls. This Haitian-by-way-of-Boston took time out to speak to us about her career aspirations, her "girly-girl" behavior, and who her unusual celebrity crush is.

On Why She's Not High Maintenance…

I love the glitz and the glam, but at the same time, I'm very humble and down to earth. I love interacting with people that support me. Reciprocity is a must. My personality is a dichotomy. When I'm modeling, I know that I'm able to allure, captivate, and entice. But when I'm not modeling, I'm a shopaholic/fashion freak. At home, I'm a wife-beater and boy shorts type of girl. I'm down to earth and have a charitable spirit.

On Making Her Mom Proud…

My greatest accomplishment in modeling would be making mommy proud. She's my biggest supporter. For her to see that she's raised a strong, intelligent young lady that is chasing her dreams; she knows that If she were top be gone tomorrow, things would be alright.  Perseverance, plus faith equates success. My greatest accomplishment outside of modeling would be having the brains to compliment my beauty, and being a college graduate.

On Her Celebrity Crush…

He can make em laugh, cry, scream, jump up and shout—Benjamin Franklin! It don't matter if it’s a king, queen, sultan, duke or duchess—everybody want that man!

On The Lessons Learned From Her Past Relationships…

Every relationship teaches you something. For a man to be with me, he has to know and be in tune with self, in order to extend that love to me. It's about the person that you are when no one else is around. It’s never been about looks for me. It's much deeper than that. His mental needs to compliment mine. For me, that's the total package: fidelity, intelligence, respect, and just the right touch of humility.

On What Makes Her Standout From Other Models…

It's all about me. I'm not concerned with what the next model is doing. I move at my own speed. I've learned that in order to be successful, you must remain focused and keep your eyes on the prize. You have to have that certain "it" factor. Moreover, you need the ability to walk in a room and have all heads turn.  —Bernadette Giacomazzo (@bgiacomazzo)
