Bernadette Giacomazzo recently had the chance to sit down with this lovely Latina, Alba Nitza, to discuss her projects, her aspirations, and how she avoids the traps of the industry.

On Her Most Remarkable Gig Thus Far…

I've only been modeling for a little more than a year, but I've actually accomplished quite a bit. Aside from my Law & Order and Transformers roles, I have a few other projects coming up this year.

On The Things She Likes to Do for Fun…

Mostly shopping, at the casino, or spending time with my family. I love fashion, too, and I'm very good with a sewing machine.

On The Nicest Celebrities She Worked With…

I've hosted a lot of parties with rappers, athletes, and other celebrities. Jim Jones was really cool. Flo Rida was dope as well.

On What She Would Be Doing If She Weren't a Model…

I'm a licensed personal care assistant (PCA) and emergency medical technician (EMT), so probably that. If not, I could see myself opening up a full-scale salon -- I'm a licensed makeup artis).

On Where She Got Her Modeling Name…

Nitza is actually my middle name. When I was younger, everyone called me Nitza, so I just used my first and middle name.

On How She Stands Out from the Competition…

I want them to remember how hard I work at what I do and how much I appreciate each & every person and fan that has ever supported me. I think the fact that my look is very exotic and ethnic sets me apart: I get to do a lot of different kinds of modeling and acting. My work ethic is second to none, I surround myself with a good team, and I stay as humble & focused as possible. — Bernadette Giacomazzo (@bgiacomazzo)
