One is in good condition, and two were treated for minor injuries. Austin Police Chief Art Acevedo did not identify the driver or the victims and asked witnesses and individuals who took video to contact police rather than post it to the internet or social media.

Acevedo said officers initially tried to pull over the driver at a gas station around 12:30 a.m. The driver then fled a one-way street and turned onto Red River, going through a barricade. KVUE  reported that the driver was driving a car stolen from the Killeen area.
