Rapper Tiny Doo Says California Prosecutors Are “Trying To Eradicate Black Men”

San Diego Rapper Brandon 'Tiny Doo' Duncan—who could face 25 years to life in prison—said on CNN last night (Jan. 22) that California prosecutors are "trying to eradicate Black men." Prosecutors say that Duncan should be behind bars because he is allegedly benefitting from gang violence and his violent lyric promotes it. California Penal Code 182.5 makes it a felony for an individual to participate in a criminal street gang, or to benefit from gang activity, and provides for 25 years to life imprisonment for violators.
