Women get paid less because they are the biggest group positively affected by “Affirmative Action”. Also, truthfully, employers pay women less and do not quickly promote them due to the possibility of maternity leave. The “glass ceiling” is a ‘talking point’ and slightly a myth, women are giving the same opportunities as men (technically and in proposed practice), and if not then there are courts for those types of things, if you can prove it. Of course.

Wow, Byron wannabe?

How is the glass ceiling as applied to women, a myth? Do you not read the stats? Stats that among other things, show that women doing the same job as men are often paid significantly less? Women are far less likely to be promoted, etc, even though they accomplish the same as men?
