XXL is a joke. An absolute joke. Your writers suck and seemingly don’t have the slightest clue of what makes good lyrics. The lyricism on this record is complex, intelligent and socially poignant. Maybe if he had more wordplay about gang bangin yall would give em a higher rating. Yall are backwards and contribute to the death of hip hop, as well as the accelerated ignorance in black culture.

This magazine treats backpack rappers and hard working rappers like a a cold sore. This album is an XL and statik drops some of the greatest work ever. I guess when you have a young money co-sign, it’s hard to show proper respect for TRUE artists.

I agree AZ40, Statik is always dropping dope beats, certainly XL worthy. The last two albums were hot, so I’m definitely looking forward to this one.

I haven’t heard the album but i find it hard to believe it’s only an L, I’m sure the beats are an XL as well as originality. It sounds like the only problem is the mix of artist on the album
