i think it was pretty hot although i downloaded the songs of frostwire he could have done alot better he dropped a mixtape with i believe 17 tracks? and only like 5 of them were ill considering the fact that he’s doing underground work he’s fuckin with the greatest now(common ugk outcast etc) he needs to live up to those iconic standards instead of handing us this mainstream bullshit

Great tape. Been ridin to it since I downloaded it. I thinks its crazy that Banks is so great he set the lyrical bar for himself just as high as Fif set his bar of sales. All in all its a good tape but not up to Banks usual quality. Still better than most tho

its a hot mixtape. why so damn critical its not a album. Lyrics nice, beats ok, but once again its a mixtape. I dont need a mixtape to have direction, jus get on it n kill every track, which he pretty much did. Talk about hooks n song structure when his album drops

honestly, since 50 turned into ja-rule, yayo sucks, banks dropped that horrible last album, and buck getting booted, g-unit lost its luster to me. banks and buck was the only niggas I was feelin. aside from choosing a wider subject matter range, the only thing banks can do is grind. obviously, 50 ain’t worried about putting out no g-unit album, or a banks or yayo, because he knows it won’t sell in this climate right now.

You can’t really compare Banks and Buck’s situation, because Buck is puttin out hot music, but his label is not allowing him to release anything due to his conflict with 50…

Banks on the other hand could put out a CD except Interscope has already let 50 know that they will not be releasing any Banks or Yayo CD’s, so at this point they don’t have distribution because of lack of interest…

Funny thing about that is that Interscope is still willing to release/distribute Buck on any future projects, but of course 50 has to submit it to them which ain’t gonna happen

I THINK ITS A PRETTY SOLID MIXTAPE. I AINT FEELIN ONLY LIKE 2 JOINTS ON IT (MY BAD & LOOK MA…I DONT LIKE THE BEATS). IM GLAD HE MADE ANOTHER “TILL THE END” JOINT, THE SONG “ONLY HUMAN ON V5, IT GOT THAT GRIMEY HOOD FEEL. I WISH BANK$ GAVE US QUALITY INSTEAD OF QUANTITY. HE SHOULD JUST OVERLOOK HIS MATERIAL & MAKE IT BETTER N BETTER N BETTER. HE COULD OF PUT OUT LIKE 2 SOLID ALBUMS THE PAST FEW YEARS THAT WOULDA BEEN FIRE, JUST TAKE ALL THE BEST FROM ALL THE MIXTAPES N ADD A FEW EXCLUSIVES N HE GOT A NEW CD.
