As far as the reasonable doubt thing is concerned that few of you have mentioned earlier I doubt that prosecutors will have a hard time pinning a case of gun charges on Clifford to the jury. Any jury in their right mind (concerning the fact that lawyers have told them ex-cons cannot own and register guns) will know that Clifford is in the wrong and should be charged. Which leads me to wonder what does the defense got cooking?

But back to the lecture at hand.

The government has audio on Clifford sidelining a slick deal. The deal was slick to begin with because it was to benefit and undue none other than him self from being caught by the likes of ATF, leaving his bodyguard fronting and going out there copping guns. No doubt the bodyguard will and can do time for aiding in this sideline operation. As of now, ATF found three guns on Clifford, right in his car (blaw), and in his home found more. A whole arsenal soldiers in Iraq wished they had. O ATF had more than just probable cause, they got lucky. The sting afforded them to find out that this man also is in lust with guns. They’ll be watching him from now until forever.

The investigation even without the bodyguard’s help can prosecute Clifford. Self-respecting citizens now know Clifford is not at all who he says he is (do I have to say it: Hip Hop vs. America) he’s a liar and two-faced. How do you explain that to kids? They love him.

Now drawing to my conclusion. There’s no doubt that the government has some thing on him and will try Clifford to the best of what they have close at hand. What can Clifford do at this point? Point the finger? He could. A good one: say the guns they are not his (lol) and vehemently send for somebody else to do the time for him. Or, wish the bodyguard would retract his statements (knowing thus far he can’t). If anything Clifford will do some time, and nevermind thinking about the government setting an example on his black ass. Its about some knuckle head with bad decisions. I still got love for him though; I pray he gets it together.

I don’t know all of the facts about this, just what I been hearing on the radio and stuff the last couple of days, but didn’t his bodyguard snitch on him and set him up? If that’s the case then how could anyone have an argument? I’m not trying to get into the snitches get stitches and all that shit argument, I’m just saying if it was a bodyguard that was ratting him out, chances are the nigga is guilty for doing dirt but that’s just my take on it all. Someone please clear up the story for me if I got it wrong.

On Friday, an all-White jury accepted the defense’s argument that Martin Lee Anderson’s death was the result of sickle-cell trait and not because seven guards beat him and shoved an ammonia capsule up his nose while a nurse watched.

“You kill a dog, you go to jail,” an angry Benjamin Crump, an attorney for the family, said on the courtroom steps following the verdict. “You kill a little Black boy, nothing happens.”

Saying that having sickle-cell trait is responsible for Martin’s death is “adding insult to injury,” Crump said, decrying that the fact that the jury lacked Blacks, who are more familiar the disorder.

Sickle cell occurs in one out of every 10 African Americans, according to the Illinois Department of Public Safety.

“Usually, people with sickle-cell trait do not have any medical problems and they can lead normal lives,” according to its Web site. “They do not develop sickle cell disease.”

The initial autopsy blamed sickle-cell trait for Martin’s death, but a second autopsy said the death was caused by the severe beating and because the victim was forced to breathe the ammonia while officers covered his mouth.

During the weeklong trial, the jury repeatedly watched the graphic videotape of the ordeal, which triggered outrage from Black leaders, children’s advocates and human rights activists nationwide and led to the end of Florida’s boot camps. Said Robert Anderson, Martin’s father: “There was enough evidence. It was there in Black and white. What do you need, a rocket science? I’m sick of this crap.”
