It’s not the word, persay, it’s the energy/emotion behind it. Think of all the different ways the word f*** can be used. The saddest thing about all of this is that Nas just won’t have an album tight enough to make the use of the title “Nigga” artistic. Think about it, it would have to be a classic. If you ask me , Nas is once again being lazy. Stirring up some controversy ( at the cost of the black Race)to make some money. Suggestions to Nas – put in some work

1) Keep up on the writting
2) Get some tight beats
3) Master your delivery

I’m not sure if naming the album Ni99er is going to help or hurt the cause, although there is a book entitled Ni99er. It doesn’t matter how we try to take the power away from the word, racist people will always feel this in their hearts. They will always see us as less than them, and that’s just a reality. So are we trying to make the work more acceptable for us or for them? Hate is always going be around, that just life. But you shouldn’t let someone’s disdain of you affect the accomplishments you will achieve in life.
