Lil wayne is garbage due to limited subject matter and punchlines and wordplay is like the dozens any fool can come up with good lines in time. But if that’s your job I expect you to do something with it dude does what I call prison rap i.e. rhyming like he standing around with his cellmate and the rest of the yard that ain’t trying to kill each other just going off the dome or that rap you do when you in the car with your peeps just messing around. He has a destinct voice so he needs to find a subject matter and follow some direction.

Oh yeah and stop acting all homo for baby. Tryna is a gold digging hoe he need to quit that if baby ain’t doing them both at the same time.

YN admits to not giving Luda covers and probly still won’t be giving him one. But he never said he didn’t like the music or respect the individual. Bottom line, this is the magazine industry- why follow suit and put someone on the cover when you already have proof that their presence just doesn’t sell magazines?

And that is also the same reason why no, Clipse probly WON’T be on the cover either. They barely even have a release date right now.

Well I’m not a dumbshit Wiz, but let me breakdown for you why I don’t give Wayne props. I do give him props for being one of the best freestylists out here period. But he FREESTYLES TOO FUCKIN MUCH. In other words, he’s too much fuckin wordplay and no substance. Therefore his CDs end up soundin like what mixtapes should sound like.
NAME ONE SONG ON THE CARTER 2 WHERE HE SPITS ABOUT A SUBJECT AND STAYS ON THAT TOPIC.
Perfect example is THE SHOOTER. The beat is tight, the white dude’s vocals are tight as hell. Now as much as WAYNE LIKES TO LIVE OUT HIS LITTLE FANTASIES OF BEING “A SHOOTER”, This is one of the only songs he drops where HE ISN’T TALKING ABOUT SHOOTING NIGGAS WITH CHOPPERS AND TOMMY GUNS AND SHIT!. That was the perfect song for him to come up with a nice concept around being “The Shooter” but what does he do instead?
Gives us some more all-over-the-place freestyle shit talking about shit like-
“I’m just tryin’ to be the great, tryin’ to get a piece of cake
Take it offa your plate, eat it right in your face”

When I heard that “Georgia Bush” song, I was like “Damn, that’s what little Wayne is capable of when he sits down and WRITES AND ACTUAL FUCKIN SONG WITH A CONCEPT.” It was tight as hell. If he ever figures that out, THEN HE’LL BE ONE OF THE BEST MCs and not just COMPETING WITH BIG TIGGER AND ED LOVER FOR THE BEST FREESTYLIST TITLE.

No nigga, that’s not the way it works. T.I. says something – waits for Luda to respond ON HIS OWN SONG, then he drops one. Niggas not supposed to let you come behind another nigga on the SAME SONG without him knowing it. That’s hoe shit.
Imagine if Ether verses were on the same Jay-Z song when he said, “ask Nas he don’t want it with Hov,” and then Nas proceeded to Ether his ass on the same track. Jay-Z would look stupid.
And you saying he’s not overly impressive on I’m Talking To You – shows that you either just don’t like T.I. or you don’t know how to judge the quality of rap verses. It’s obvious that he came tight as hell on there.

If y’all didn’t know the history on that stomp song. Luda wasn’t supposed to be on it so T.I. just dropped a slick subliminal. YOUNG BUCK AND 50 called Luda afterwards (like some bitches really) and told Luda he said his name and asked him if he wanted to get on the song.

It was easy to write a better verse when T.I. wasn’t in a battle mode and Luda got a chance to study his verse and smash him. He did smash T.I. but that wasn’t a fair battle. That was a setup.

Listen to T.I.’s “I’m Talking To You” (Lil’ Wayne diss in my opinion) to see how he comes when he’s in battle mode.
