Yo bol, I don’t know how the jury system in the US works but I’m guessing the jury is only there 2 make pronouncements on the actual facts of the case. That would entail that the judge is actually responsible for deciding whether or not said facts actually amount to sexual harrasment/discrimination. I can’t imagine a situation wwhere a jury can actually burdened with the responsibility of imputing certain conduct with legal character. They ain’t built for that. I really doubt this was a landmark decision and it probably followed pre-existing principle with shitt like loss of income factoring in on the quantum of damages. She was on 130 a year, thats 11 years salary. If you include punitive damages etc, that aint but nothin. Don’t know much about US labour relations law so i can’t comment on the merits of the case. Peace out!!

I’m honestly olny mildly disgusted by Bol’s [possibly make-believe for the sake of irony] sexism but I’m in love with you for being so offended by it, you know who you are.
The fact is, a lot of guys can “sexually harass” girls in enough of a good natured way to still seem like decent homo sapiens sapiens males, but those who don’t quite strike that balance can be the most obnoxious, offensive pigs and I have a feeling Benzino was of the latter category so hahaha good for her. I doubt she’ll ever see any of that though, or work for another magazine ever again. Who would want to hire her knowing how “sensitive” she is. To be honest there’s no damn way I’d ever sue for some bullshit like that, unless some North Country shit was going on [in which case the dudes would be waking up in the middle of the night to a face full of crow bar] because it’s a really pathetic thing to sue over.
