Sarah Silverman is just another shock comic out there. She sprinkles the word “abortion” and cracks Jesus jokes and it’s supposed to be funny. She’s pretty, she’s mildly amusing, but she’s not very talented.

There aren’t a ton of funny female comics out there, but there are some that are funny. (none that come to mind right now, but I’m sure they’re there)

D. Chappelle definitely lamed out.

Mencia has some funny moments, but he doesn’t fill the void left by Dave Chappelle.
I think Dave Chappelle is a bitch. He left too soon. One more season would have been appropriate. I still don’t understand why he left, not the real reason anyway. I don’t buy into that shit about race guilt. He had nothing to feel guilty about, he was calling everyone on their bullshit and it was great. I didn’t know he could be such a pussy. Although I guess it does take guts to get up and walk away from a sure thing like that. I just don’t think it was necessary. He’s at his best doing sketch comedy, and I bet he’ll never return to it. That’s a shame.

I’ll admit I’ve never seen much of her [Sarah Silverman] comedy. I’ve never seen a stand up special or whatever. But I have seen her do bits for like, the VMAs [that Paris Hilton shit just wasn't funny] and I think some other stuff and I just can’t get with it. However, considering that she gets so much love from dudes who usually wouldn’t take a somewhat cute female comedian seriously…it’s very possible that I just haven’t really seen her at her best. I dunno.
I think Sommore is really funny, and some of the women on Comicview.
