I am so tired of Jay-Z… He needs to do the Def Jam CEO thing and promote the other artist on Def Jam. Rap isn’t that whack that we need another Jay- Z album if Jay would promote people like LL, Method man, Ghostface, Juelez Santana, and Redman. I don’t care what he does with his free time; isn’t the celebrity thing to help everyone but people in your own country. Marcy projects could use a few things; what about something for the youth of Brooklyn. Jay needs to put his ego a side and be a business man. He needs to be in the spot light and uses everyone to stay in it.

Aight, so you have a point. Jay-Z is a rapper and the president of Def-Jam, he’s no United Nations ambassador. But Africa really does have a water shortage, and it’s not their fault. I don’t think they need to sit down and think about what they’ve done like you suggested. They don’t have time for a “time out” people are dieing over there. If the governments of developed nations like the United States are not going to pay attention the the crisis’ over there than I think it’s great the people like Jay-Z and Bill Gates are. Clean water is probably the most devastating issues in Africa right now and if it doesn’t get sorted out than neither will HIV. People need clean water to be healthy. You can’t rebuild a continent with unhealthy people BoI. You’re article kind of made me vomit in my mouth a little bit. Maybe Jay-Z will go over there and come back with some inspiration for some cool new music, something different than the crap filling the wavelengths this summer.
