I so agree, pretty much every Rapper/MC/Lyricist (Expect for Eminem) are all Momma's boys! And that's a beautiful thing! But there are also Mom's, such as myself, who respect and appreciate the voice of a talented and skilled rapper. Not all ordinary Mom's suffer from rap rage, some of us even have a lyrical voice of are owen. Yes, inspired by God's son and I ain't talking about Nas! I'm a hip-hop mom...living in a soccer Mom's world and I happen to love me some dope Momma Boys.

God is Love, rap 2,

Mothers of the Hip Hop Generation

There is a Rumor that T-Pain's Mother and Cousin, and Daz Dillinger's Mother, and Snoop Dogg's Aunt, and Cousin by marriage have started an organization called the Mothers of the Hip Hop Generation and that they are quickly getting a lot of support from Executives in the Music Industry, Several Key Rappers, and Key Politicians.

Here is the skinny:

The Mothers of the Hip Hop Generation is an organization to streamline and place images and lyrics received in hip-hop and other hip-hop influences in perspective, for the audience. But also, they are not going to only hold conferences and speak, but they are going to be a full service grassroots organization. In other words, they are not going to say go to school and get your education, they are going to register the child in school and make it easy for them to attend and show them how to excel. Of course, this may or may not not be literal. But it is a great analogy! They will be partnering with local school systems, institutions of higher learning, commercial advertisers, other non-profits, and etc.

Here is the skinny on the relationship, it's crazy. Feel free to google these women, they are legitimate in their work. It was interesting when I found this on the net. Just thought you guys wanted to know because I didn't see anybody talking about it.

The women or the Hip Hop Mommas are:

Ms. Cecillia "Ms. CeCe" Morris, Youth Mentor, Veteran On-Air Personality for WQVE Radio (http://www.wqvealbany.com), Health Educator - Cousin to T-Pain and Cousin to Daz Dillinger, by marriage.

Ms. Aliyah Najm "Momma Pain", Youth Mentor, Founder of Goldfire Entertainment, Mother to Rapper/Singer, T-Pain.

Dr. Allean Varnado "Dr. Allean", Youth Mentor, Evangelist, Gospel Singer, Mother of Rapper/Producer Daz Dillinger of the Dogg Pound, Aunt of Hip Hop Icon Snoop Dogg.

I first found them on myspace.com.
Here is the address: http://www.myspace.com/hiphopmommas

Thought you guys should know...I wish them the best...we need organizations like this. I wish them well. And it's great to see their mothers take a stand in unity.

Jay-Z was on 60 Minutes a few years ago and they walked through Marcy with his mom and the reporter. She said she liked his music, but would prefer if he used better language. It made me think that she probably hasn't heard a lot of his music and chooses to listen to the more radio friendly singles.

Rappers have a way with words and I'm sure they convince their mommas that they are different from the other rappers.
