People that I know are starting to dislike southern muisc now. Ldacris done fall of, Tip and Weezy is overrated, dancing too much, booty club music, Outkast isn’t even a real group no more, UGK don’t sell. Just face it, the south’s reign is coming to an end an I think the West Coast is comin back hard. New York doin they thing too. The only real good music comin from the south is R and B.

What lyrics Northern or Southern since the message by grandmaster flash have offered any realistic solutions to the problems that plague our communities. To my Northern brethern I ask: What are Northern rappers saying in their ryhmes that you deem so real. More importantly what do these lyrics inspire you to be, or do to better your lives and the lives of those in your community. To my Southern riders I ask what is the end state for you. How far will we take the dope boy mind state and get your freak on mentality the majority of these songs (now days) promote?
