DMX Headed Back to Jail for Driving Infraction

It’s back to the doghouse for DMX. TMZ reports that the troubled rapper will be returning to jail just three weeks after he was released.

Apparently X will be turning himself into authorities in Los Angeles today for a 2002 reckless driving charge. The Yonkers-bred MC violated the terms of his probation stemming from the crime and has been ordered to serve 90 days in jail.

As previously reported, the Ruff Ryder was freed from an Arizona prison on July 6, after serving four months behind bars for a probation violation. He was locked up on March 9 for five counts of violating his probation, all of which were related to cocaine abuse. X was on probation for throwing a food tray at an officer while locked up on drug, theft and animal abuse charges last year. —Elan Mancini
