Wale is giving his fans the full experience before he drops his highly-anticipated Shine album a week earlier than expected tomorrow (April 28). While the D.C. rapper revealed to Genius last night that he was pushing his release date for the project up by a week, fans are getting a new track called "Shine Season," which didn't make the album's final cut. You can hear it below.

The unreleased record hears Wale spitting some hardcore rhymes on an upbeat trap instrumental, where he even name-drops controversial figure Tomi Lahren, who he has previous beef with, and CNN commentator Don Lemon. The MMG superstar spits, "Tomi Lahren, I ain't ready for ya/All the Beckys want an Uncle Tom Sawyer/Race draft first pick/John Lennon for Don Lemon." Around the 1:20 mark, the beat switches up to a faster paced instrumental, which puts Wale in his tougher element. Folarin sends some warning shots out, chanting, "Draco, draco, draco, draco, all you niggas fake though." While he doesn't show off as much of his bars on the second half of the track, he does provide us with a potential street anthem for the summertime.

We'll have to patiently wait for the album to hit this evening when the "LoveHate Thing" MC's new album is slated to be available to the public. While he tweeted that he's "51.4 percent" sure that he can convince the label to release the project early, we'll still have our ears ready for whatever we can get.
