Mos Def Ticket Giveaway [Day 2]

The Mighty Mos Def is scheduled to play New York City’s Highline Ballroom this Sunday, December 20, and XXLMag.com has a pair of tickets for one lucky reader.

The first person to email xxl@harris-pub.com with their full name and the correct answer to the following trivia question will win: Name the first group that Mos was a part of, along with the other two members. The winner will receive a confirmation email from the XXL staff.

As previously reported, Mos’s latest effort The Ecstatic was recently nominated for a Grammy Award for Best Rap Album. He will be competing against Eminem’s Relapse, Q-Tip’s The Renaissance, Flo Rida’s R.O.O.T.S. and Common’s Universal Mind Control. The rapper/actor is also up for Best Rap Solo Performance for “Casa Bey.”

The 52nd Annual Grammy Awards will air on CBS on January 31, 2010.
