Rapper Frost Says Eazy E Got AIDS Through Tainted Acupuncture Needles

West Coast rapper Frost, who was signed to Eazy E's Ruthless Records, recently told to For The Record Documentary that he knows exactly how the late MC contracted AIDS. He believes tainted needles were used when Eazy E was getting acupuncture.

"I'ma tell you what happened with Eazy getting AIDS and I believe this to the day and I believe this to this day," said Kid Frost. "I don't care if you guys got it on film. You can tell the world. They gave him tainted needles with acupuncture. Needles that tainted him, they gave it to him."

According to the The Good Man, Eazy suffered injuries while riding 4-wheelers and received acupuncture to help with the pain. Frost insists that someone purposely ordered the injection using tainted needles. He even claims to know exactly who that person is, but was reluctant to put forth a name.

"I don't wanna say that name 'cause it's the devil's name, but another person in Rap, if you know you're history of Rap, calls him the devil. If you know the history of Rap, West Coast Rap, you know who I'm saying," he said. "I was told even in my last conversation from Eazy not to even talk to that man. Not only that, but I think that they really had a stronghold of giving him tainted needles with the AIDS virus in him with acupuncture."

Frost continues, "How else could somebody die that fast to AIDS? Have you even heard of somebody dying in two weeks of AIDS? It's unheard of. It's like, I'm in the hospital. I contracted the AIDS virus. Two weeks later, March 26 or whatever, I fall out and I die."

Ever since the N.W.A biopic Straight Outta Compton premiered last month, the group's members have been the topic of much discussion in the hip-hop community, especially Eazy E's death. Yung Eazy, Eazy E's third son, stated that he thinks Suge Knight murdered his father and injected the late MC with the AIDS virus.
